We developed this website to share information about a wide range of services for children, young people and their families, and specialist neurodiversity and learning disability services for adults. These services are proudly delivered by Humber Teaching Foundation Trust across Hull and the East Riding of Yorkshire.
We aim to empower people of all ages, alongside those involved in their care, to make informed and positive decisions about their own health.
This website has been co-produced with people with lived experience of accessing our services. Their valuable contribution has helped us to understand the importance of creating an informative website that is easy to access, navigate and understand.
We understand that physical and mental health and overall wellbeing are crucial in leading a fulfilling and happy life and we are dedicated to making a positive difference for you and your family.
