Anyone can refer to our service including parents, health visitors, children centres, nurseries and school staff. We ask that you please seek parental consent before referring.
We would encourage you to talk to your health visitor and education setting to see what other support is available including the first steps to communication service.

To make sure your child is on the right care pathway, we sometimes need more information than has been sent to us in their referral.
If this happens, you will be sent a message asking you to call our admin team to arrange a ‘triage discussion’ via phone call.
One of the Team Leaders will then call you at the agreed time to get more information about your concerns and your child’s speech, language and communication needs.
