The East Riding community learning disability (CTLD) main entrance is located under the canopy opposite the CHCP building, on the right leading from the main front carpark. There isn't an main reception reception. There is a door bell which will be responded too by the admin. On entry to the building please sign in the booklet and if you have travelled by vehicle, please input your registration
plate.

If you have an appointment at Townend, please go to the main reception in Block A at the front of the site.

On entry to the building please sign in the booklet and if you have travelled by vehicle, please input your registration plate.

There is a receptionist between 9am-5pm. Please let them know of your appointment and they will ring through to the team and let them know that you are here and they will come and meet you.
