A collection of feedback from young people and parents for young people and parents.

All of the sessions have been very informative, engaging and enjoyable for the children. They have learnt difficult concepts and learnt well due to the fun activities and the way that the content has been delivered and presented. Each session has given the children lots of self-help strategies to use in life.

The course is really useful and I will definitely use some of the techniques I’ve learnt.

The conversations I've had with the Mental Health Support Team have given me confidence to support my pupils and understand their individuals needs.

Thank you so much for the support, it has been really useful and I’m going to use the techniques with my other children too. It’s also helped me realise that I’m doing a good job as a parent too.

Parent, Parent-led CBT

Practitioners were warm and extremely knowledgeable as well as being supportive and above all normal!

East Riding MHST

It is an absolute pleasure working with the team. From answering the initial email just over a year ago, and not knowing what to expect, all of the staff have helped us access the correct support for our pupils and are continuing to do so. All the children and parents are aware of Nikki and Sarah through their assemblies and attendance at a variety of school events and this has led to mental health being spoken about more openly and both children and adults asking for support. On a personal note, for me, knowing I can ask knowledgeable and approachable people like Sarah and Nikki for advice has been a huge leap in terms of the support I can provide for the families we work with. Both Nikki and Sarah have gone above and beyond when answering emails or questions we have as a school. Thanks so much for all the continued support you are bringing to our school.
